LABORATORY DEHULLING SYSTEM

ELICA Laboratory Dehulling Systems are used for testing the incoming material and monitoring the process of cleaning, calibrating and dehulling seeds. The system consists of cleaner and dehuller which contain similar components of our industrial equipment, such as aspiration module, rubber ball cleaning system for the sieves, adjustment of the speed of the dehuller by means of frequency converter.

NOTE: Both units of the system can operate as individual equipment.

Application

• Determining impurities in the incoming material
• Cleaning and calibrating the material before dehulling process
• Choosing the proper opening of the sieves necessary for cleaners in industrial lines
• Pre adjustment of the dehullers in seeds cleaning lines, installations for processing sunflower seeds for kernels, and in oil-crushing plants
