ELICA Hulls Beater separates oil dust and oil particles from the sunflower husk. This equipment is used in oil-crushing factories.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:
The rotor and drum rotate in opposite directions. The rotor blades are mounted at a certain angle to swirl the incoming husk to the drum. Thus, the oil particles are separated from the husk. The oil dust passes through a special sieve and is led outside of the machine through a two-way U-shaped screw conveyor located along the length of the machine. The husk is carried out by passing through the entire drum. ELICA Hulls Beater is equipped with a sieves cleaning system with air nozzles.
